Thank you for shopping at TeachToIndia.com (“we”, “us”, “our”). We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we’re here to help.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return for most products within 30 days of delivery if:
- The item is unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item is in the original packaging.
- You have a valid proof of purchase.
Certain products are non-returnable such as:
- Digital products that are delivered instantly
- Items marked “Non-Returnable” on the product page
- Products damaged due to customer misuse
2. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:
- Go to your Order History on TeachToIndia.com
- Select the item(s) you want to return
- Click “Request Return”
- Tell us the reason for your return

3. Return Shipping
- For defective or incorrect items, we will cover return shipping.
- For all other returns (change of mind/unused products), the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
- Items must be shipped back to the address provided in your return authorization.
4. Condition of Returned Items
Returned items must be:
- Unused
- With all original accessories and manuals
- In original packaging
We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet these conditions.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- We will notify you of approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 7-14 business days.
- Shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, please:
- Take photos of the item and packaging
- Email them to teachtoindia1@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery
We will ship a replacement at no additional cost.
